The customer must call 1 hour before arrival, and on the return journey, the customer must call as soon as they have landed.
Excellent service. Friendly staff and fast reaction. Free2Move should be more clear though, what need to be entered for a valet service vs a self service parking spot. I entered an incorrect time, gladly both during handover and pickup this was handled well.
