Please try as much as possible to be on time for your stated arrival time. In case of foreseen delays such as traffic jams, accidents or breakdowns or similar, please contact us in advance.

Please drive to Terminal 1, the exact location ( departure area or arrival area ) will be given to you after your call.

Please park there, our employee will be waiting for you there and is ready to accept the vehicle.

You will then receive our acceptance slip, a short explanation for the procedure on the return flight as well as the payment in cash on the spot, if you have not paid before at the time of booking. After that, the vehicle will be photographed to be able to document any damage.
