Great service quick transfer in a very nice Mercedes van. Good value and nice staff no waiting time either end of the journey. On pick up though I was told we where 5 hours late and would have to pay an extra £20.00. The time had been adjusted when we dropped off the vehicles but he insisted on me sending photo evidence of the change. Pointless as he admitted we had adjusted the time I assume because he checked with the office Not great service and no apology.
