When you're about 20 minutes from the airport, call the car park to let them know you're on your way. This is important as if your car spends too long at the car park you may be charged a hefty fine.
Drop your car off at the on-site (formerly Long Stay) car park. A member of the team will meet you there, load your luggage and escort you to the terminal.
You’ll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park. You’ll be required to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If your car leaves within 30 minutes of arriving at the car park, you’ll be required to pay an exit fee of £8.00. After this it will be £5.00 for every 5 minutes.
When you get back the porter will meet you inside the terminal, take your luggage and walk you back to the car.
Your car will be valeted inside and out for your return and you’ll be given complimentary bottled water for your journey.

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.
