Call the car park when you're about 20 minutes away to let them know you're on your way. This is important as if your car spends too long at the car park you may receive a fine.
Once you arrive at the airport, drive to the On-site car park (previously the Long Stay). You'll get to a barrier where you need to take a ticket. Drive in and park in a space. A porter will meet you, take your ticket and keys, unload your luggage and escort you to the terminal. A driver will then park your car for you.
After you've landed in the UK, a porter will meet you inside the terminal, take your luggage and walk you back to the car. You'll get a ticket from them so you can exit the car park.
Butterfly will clean your car inside and out for your return and give you a bottle of water for your journey.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.
The car park is secured by:
The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 10pm on Sunday. You can only drop off your car within these times. You cannot drop off or collect your car on Saturdays as the car park is closed.
There is a height restriction of 2m and width restriction of 2.5m at the car park.
Butterfly will park your car in an indoor NCP car park while you're away.
Entry and exit fees are included in the price.
You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged a £30 waiting fee.
