If you do NOT receive a telephone call, please call us when you are 15 - 20 minutes away from the terminal so we can arrange a driver for you
Upon arrival to Luton Airport please follow signs to the MULTI STORY CAR PARK Level 3, you will find allocated parking bays marked \"Meet and Greet\". One of our representatives will be waiting for you wearing an orange hi-vis vest.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay and additional charges.

Waiting Time: As long as the arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 20 minutes.
