If the customer fails to return on the specified return date without prior notice, we will charge a flat processing fee of €50 for the additional organization and vehicle provision.
Return times after 12:00 AM (midnight) will be charged at €20 for the newly started day.
If the customer informs us in advance about a delayed return, we will waive any additional fees as a gesture of goodwill.

How it works
You can drive directly to our parking lot. A staff member as well as an office/reception desk are available on-site at all times.
For this product, your vehicle keys are left with us during your trip. This ensures optimal organization and management of the parking spaces on our premises.
Afterwards, our shuttle service will take you directly to Düsseldorf Airport.
