Cash payments are not accepted. Extensions must be requested in advance via our WhatsApp number. The customer will then receive a payment link or the relevant bank details.

In case of a late return, during periods of high capacity, we may only be able to transport the driver who is picking up the vehicle.

The customer's mobile phone number and vehicle registration number are mandatory. If any of this information is missing from the booking, please inform the provider immediately via WhatsApp.

Important information:

• Free shuttle transfer for a maximum of 4 people per booking is included. If more than 4 people are travelling, the additional passengers must be dropped off at the airport before taking the shuttle. Transportation of more than 4 people is not possible, even for an additional fee.
• A maximum of 1 large suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person can be transported on the shuttle. Additional luggage cannot be transported, even for an additional fee, and must be dropped off at the airport before taking the shuttle.
• If the customer does not return on the specified return date without prior notice, a €50 service fee will be charged for the additional organization and vehicle preparation.
• Returns after 00:00 will be charged €20 for the newly started day.
• If the customer informs us in advance about a delayed return, we will waive additional fees as a gesture of goodwill.
