To ensure maximum punctuality and security, we ask that you arrive at the parking lot at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure.

If you arrive at the time specified in your booking, our staff will be waiting for you and will allow you to enter the covered parking deck.

If you arrive on time at the time specified in your booking,

our staff will already be waiting for you and will allow

you to enter the covered parking deck.

If you arrive at the parking lot earlier than specified – and if

there is no shuttle bus waiting in front of the parking deck – we ask you to wait in front of

the parking deck.

If you arrive later than specified – and if there is no

shuttle bus waiting in front of the parking deck – please inform us via the

HOTLINE in good time if your arrival is delayed.

Once you have parked your vehicle in your assigned parking space

and completed all the necessary formalities, your luggage will be

loaded.

Our free shuttle service will take you comfortably to

your departure terminal around the clock. Child seats, baby seats, luggage, or

night surcharges are included.

If payment has not been made online to our bank account,

payment will be made on site in cash by our staff.
