Parking attendant was not in the 4th floor, as instructed in the email. The car wash employees ended up helping me out and telling me where to go. When I finally spoke to a representative, the shuttle service was not timely. On the back end, upon arrival at the port, the shuttles were not available at the published time so I took an Uber.
Shuttle driver is a very nice person. Parking recepcionist was ok.

Everyone is so nice. No waiting for drop off. No waiting to pick us up. the all staff members are amazing.
