I would honestly give it a five, however, the return was a hassle. They did not pick up the phone right away so we listened to the message and the directions on the prompted message were different from what the actual person would like you to do for pick up. Please redo the voice message that you have informing your first-time clients where to go for pickup so that they will not experience the round around. Also, have the car ready instead of the car owner trying to look for their vehicle in the parking lot. Otherwise, all was good.
