Cruise Parking may be the lowest-priced Meet and Greet service at Southampton Port, but you wouldn't know it. It's the only port-accredited Meet and Greet parking service at Southampton and parking with them couldn't be easier. Pull into the Short Stay car park just across from the terminal and you'll find a huge yellow flag for Cruise Parking. Staff wait there all day to take your car from you and park it in their secured car park while you board your cruise. Between their site's award-winning security and the efficient service at the terminal, it's a wonder that the price isn't higher. Security measures Cruise Parking staff will take your car to be stored in their secured car park. While you're away, the car park will be manned at all times and security guards will patrol the local area day and night. The car park also has CCTV, a perimeter fence and security lighting. Your keys will be kept in a locker with an alarm system.

Drive to the cruise terminal and follow signs for the Short Stay car park Once you're in the Short Stay car park, look for a yellow Cruise Parking flag, park up and speak to uniformed Cruise Parking Ltd member of staff. They'll do a quick inspection of your car, have you sign some documents, then take your car and park it for you in Cruise Parking's fully secured car park.
If you're arriving back from holiday before 08:30, please let the car park's team know when you arrive. The shuttle bus is included in the price for up to 4 customers. If more than five people are travelling in one parking booking, you'll need to pay an additional £5 per person each way to and from the port.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 24 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If it's longer than 5m and has a trailer there'll be a £2 per day surcharge. Transfers Your car will be collected at the hotel and parked for you. All you'll need to do is catch the transfer to the port. Transfers to the port cost £6 per way and take 12-20 minutes depending on the terminal. Directions - Leave the M27 at junction 3 and join the M271, following signs for Southampton docks. - Take the M271 for a mile and a half and at the roundabout take the first exit signposted A33 City Centre and Docks. - Follow the A33 into Southampton for two and a half miles, then keep right follow signs for Dock Gates 4-10. - Enter the port by dock gate 10 for City and Mayflower Cruise Terminal and dock gate 4 for Ocean and QEII Terminal.
