It's near the port - transfers take 5 minutes depending on the terminal - and the excellent security facilities include 24-hour CCTV and a manned gatehouse. Security measures Cruise Parking has a full time on-site management team and is part of an estate patrolled day and night by security staff. The site has 24-hour CCTV, security lighting and a secure perimeter fence. Details of exactly where each car is parked are stored on a computer system, and all keys are kept separately inside an alarmed facility. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.

You should arrive at least 2 hours before you are due to sail.
When you arrive at the car park a member of staff will advise you on where to park. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys and they will help with your luggage.
Once checked in, you'll be shown where to catch the shuttle bus to the port from. Transfers run frequently between 11am - 3.30pm and the journey takes about 5 minutes. If more than five people are travelling in one parking booking, you'll need to pay an additional £5 per person each way to and from the port. Once you're at the cruise terminal, the driver will unload the luggage and usually porters will load the luggage on trolleys for you. The shuttle bus is included in the price for up to 4 customers. Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 24 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If it's longer than 5m and has a trailer there'll be a £2 per day surcharge. Transfers The price includes return transfers for up to four passengers between the car park and the terminal. Additional passengers will have to pay £10 per person. Transfers take around 5 minutes depending on the terminal and run at varying intervals.
