When you get to the car park, drive up to the outer gate where your number plate will be read by the security system and you'll be buzzed in. Then, drive through the gates and park in front of the offices. Collect your luggage and head to reception, which is around 3 metres away, and hand in your keys. They'll arrange the transfer bus for you and you'll only need to wait a maximum of 5 minutes for it. You'll also be given a card with a number for the bus on it for your return. Then, just hop on a bus to the terminal. The bus runs when it's needed, takes just 10-15 minutes and is included in the price. If you are travelling to the airport and find you are going to be more than 30 minutes late on arrival, you'll need to call the car park on the number on your confirmation email. If you don't do this there may be a delay in taking you to the airport - this would be at your own risk.
The car park is open from 8am - 11pm daily.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, WF Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.
If you get back early, call WF Parking as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
WF Parking can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and under 2m in height. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if WF Parking can take your vehicle, call us on 02380 644 488.

From the West
- Leave the M27 at Junction 5 and at the Junction 5 roundabout take the second exit signposted Eastleigh A335 / Airport/ Parkway Station
From the East
- Leave the M27 at Junction 5 and at the Junction 5 roundabout take the fourth exit signposted Eastleigh A335 / Airport/ Parkway Station.
- Follow the link road to the next roundabout and take the first exit signposted Eastleigh Town Centre / Swan Centre.
- Continue along Southampton Road for about 1 mile until you reach a mini roundabout.
- Take the 3rd exit (going back on yourself) and then bear left signposted Eastleigh Works (Campbell Road)
- Follow the road over the bridge to Gate 3 (please note it is not the first gate you pass)
- The WF Parking office is on your right once you get through the gate. Please park in the compound on your left opposite to the Parking Office to check in.
- Enter the Parking Office to check in.
