- Please call the car park 30 minutes before arrival and mention that you are a TravelCar customer.
- The phone number is on the booking confirmation you have received by mail,
- When you arrive at the car park, please contact the reception. There you will receive parking and transfer voucher and can clarify the transfer details.
- After registration please park your vehicle in the hotel car park. The shuttle leaves every 40 minutes in front of the hotel entrance.
- Please arrive at the hotel at least two hours before departure. In case of delay on arrival, please call the Life Hotel Vienna Airport.
Attention: try to be at the car park at least 2 hours before your departure.
