Not only will you receive a code for storing your car keys in the safety box, but it is mainly a form of handover protocol that records the condition of your vehicle upon handover.

Please do the ONLINE CHECK-OUT https://checkout.smileparking.cz/en upon your arrival back in Prague! You will receive a code for picking up your car keys from the safety box and you can take over and check the condition of your vehicle.

ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT

1.Parking at the airport

Drive directly to the airport in the comfort and safety of your own vehicle. You can enter the following address in your navigation: Aviatická 1092/8, Prague 6 – Ruzyně, 161 00. When arriving at the airport, stay in the left line Terminal 2 – arrivals“ and enter the parking lot EUROPORT (T1+T2). After passing the barrier, please open the ONLINE CHECK-IN page and you will receive instructions on where to park.

2.Online check-in https://checkin.smileparking.cz/en

After you have parked your vehicle, please proceed with the online check-in process. Take photos of your car from all sides, make a video of it and you will receive a code for storing your car keys in the safety box which is located by our office.

3.Storing your car keys

Take the elevator down, or come to the 1st floor of the Europort building. You will find the SMILE PARKING office right across from the elevators. There is a safety box located on the wall by the entrance of the office. Wake up the screen by touching it. The screen will light up. Choose the option „Key dropoff“ by clicking on it and enter the code you have received during the online check-in process. One of the boxes will open automatically, put your car keys inside and close the box.

4. Pleasant flight

Our professional drivers will pick up your car keys, take photos of your vehicle once again and drive your car to our external secured parking lot Smile Parking located approximately 8 km from the airport.
