In order to ensure maximum punctuality and safety, we ask you to arrive at the airport/terminal at least 2 hours before scheduled departure.

You call the HOTLINE at the airport 60 minutes before your scheduled arrival at the departure terminal.

You drive directly to your departure terminal 1 or 2 at Frankfurt Airport.

Vehicle acceptance: Our employee will wait for you at the departure terminal.

A short external vehicle check will follow, note down the mileage and hand over the keys.

Your vehicle will be brought safely to the 24-hour video-monitored and locked open parking deck.

If payment via PayPal, credit card or direct debit is not possible, our staff will make the payment on site in cash/EC card/credit card/PayPal.
