1. ARRIVAL:
Please contact us by phone approx. 30 minutes before your arrival. Then drive your vehicle directly to Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Our staff member will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point.
2. VEHICLE HANDOVER:
You hand over your vehicle directly at the terminal to our trained staff. Mileage and any existing damage will be documented transparently. Your vehicle will then be safely and securely driven to our parking lot with full insurance coverage.
Note: A night surcharge of €50.00 applies for vehicle drop-offs or pick-ups between 00:00 and 06:00.
