If the customer fails to return on the specified return date without prior notice, we will charge a flat processing fee of €50 for the additional organization and vehicle provision.
Return times after 12:00 AM (midnight) will be charged at €20 for the newly started day.
If the customer informs us in advance about a delayed return, we will waive any additional fees as a gesture of goodwill.

How it works
You can drive directly to our parking lot. A staff member as well as an office/reception desk are available on-site at all times.
After parking your vehicle, you take your car keys with you on your trip. Your vehicle will remain parked in your booked space for the entire duration of your stay.
Afterwards, our shuttle service will take you directly to Düsseldorf Airport.
