You'll be parking right by the port. Simply follow the signs for the port and you'll be headed in the right direction.
Pass the Port of Dover sign on your way in, then head straight for the barriers. Just make sure you have your booking confirmation handy. The helpful staff are on hand to guide you to the best parking spot. That's it.
You'll get to keep your keys, so your car will stay exactly where you leave it.
It's a short 5-minute stroll to the terminal â€' you can even watch your ship come in.
When you're back, head straight back to where you parked, and you'll be away in no time.
Hints, tips and extra bits:
A minimum 3 day stay/charge applies.
There is no maximum car size or height restriction.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure, at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Please be aware that there is an on-going redevelopment project at Cruise terminal 1 which may reduce the parking spaces in these cruise car parks. As a result, you may need to park in the Board's estate car park. This is still in the Western Docks, but is outside of the Cruise terminal vicinity. A minibus will be provided so you can transfer to the Cruise terminal.
