On the day of arrival, please drive directly to Excelsiorlaan 18, 1930 Zaventem. After completing your online reservation, the barrier will open automatically upon arrival via license plate recognition. You can then park your car on level -2 or -3; if you wish to charge an electric vehicle, you can park on level -1. Once you have parked, proceed to the shuttle lounge. As soon as your details have been validated, you will be taken to Brussels Airport as quickly as possible in one of our shuttle buses.

IMPORTANT: The free shuttle operates every 45 minutes between 03:45 and 09:45, and between 17:00 and 23:00. Please check the schedule for the exact departure times. Outside these hours, you can arrange a taxi or Uber at your own expense. The hotel reception will be happy to assist you.
