It's our most popular on-airport car park at Heathrow's newest terminal - which could have something to do with Long Stay terminal 5's great prices. Or the fact that it's just five to seven minutes from the terminal, with transfers every 10 minutes. Or the award-winning security features, which include frequent patrols by security staff, CCTV, barriers and a fence. Or the excellent service our customers keep telling us about. Or maybe all of them ...
SuperSaver packages More money on your parking or more money on cocktails? We know what we'd choose. With this non-flexible package, you can make a guaranteed saving on the standard price. This type of deal means you won't be able to change or cancel the booking once it's been made - but it's an effortless way to save even more of your hard-earned cash. Security measures The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.
The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number, give you a ticket and lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you as you'll need it when you get back. Then, drive in and park in a space. It's a good idea to make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket, along with the nearest bus stop to make it easier to find your car when you get back. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus and you'll be at check-in in around 7 minutes. If you're arriving between 23:30 and 05:30, you'll need to press the button at the barrier to get a transfer. If you have any problems, press the button at the barrier for help. You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.
Transfers Bus transfers are included in the price and are available 24 hours a day. Transfers run every 10 minutes between 5.30am and 11.30pm and take five to seven minutes. Outside of these times, you can request a transfer by using the intercoms on the bus stops at the terminal, or on the intercom on the barrier on your way into the car park.
