1. Call us at the terminal 30 minutes before arrival. The phone number is on the booking confirmation you received by email.

2. If there is a delay, please let us know immediately.

3. An employee will meet you at the terminal.

4. After a brief vehicle inspection, the employee will drive your vehicle safely to the parking lot and park it.

5. Please hand over your keys to the driver.

6. You can then carry out your check-in conveniently and stress-free.
