Customers arrive at the processing parking lot with their vehicle. While an employee takes over the vehicle and drives it to the adjacent parking lot, the customer and their luggage are taken to the airport by shuttle (Mercedes V-Class). The shuttle service runs every 20 minutes with two chauffeurs working in shifts. If anything is unclear or if assistance is required, customers can contact our 24/7 support team by phone at any time.
