With the customer's charging card, only a charging service of 5 EUR extra will be charged

Approximately 20 minutes before your arrival at the terminal, please call us on the following telephone number: +49 170 80 12 255. If you arrive at the airport earlier or later than agreed, we are dependent on your early notification. You will drive to the departure terminal B-C of Düsseldorf Airport, where we will be on site to receive the vehicle in good time, which includes an external vehicle check including photographs and handing over the keys.
Each entrance area at Terminal B-C has a white number on the right-hand side of the glass door. Please give this number and your name to our service employee. You will receive the designated service telephone number with our reservation confirmation.
To avoid additional drive-through costs in the kiss & fly zone, our service employee must be at the departure terminal B/C before you so that he can take over your vehicle and drive it out free of charge. Please only drive into the kiss & fly zone by telephone arrangement, as parking for more than 7 minutes is very expensive.
