Aparkate Alicante - Shuttle service (17)

Thank you for choosing Aparkate Alicante.

For the delivery of your vehicle, you must arrive at the parking facility at least 20 minutes before the time you wish to be at the airport. Please note that the transfer is NOT immediate, and waiting times may range between 5 and 20 minutes, as this is a shared courtesy shuttle service.

Upon arrival, please park your vehicle next to the office, where one of our staff members will indicate where you should leave it.

Very important: both on departure and return, a maximum of 2–3 people per vehicle will be transported. The parking staff will manage and regulate all transfers at all times. To speed up the service, we recommend that only 2 people go to the parking facility and that the remaining passengers are dropped off directly at the airport.

During peak demand periods, especially on return pickups, the driver may collect only the vehicle driver. This measure is necessary to ensure service efficiency and reduce waiting times, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For your return pickup, once you have landed, you must notify us only via WhatsApp at +34 643 703 907 (calls are not accepted, except in emergencies). This will be your first notification. Once you arrive at the pickup point, you must notify us again (second notification). Please be patient, as during high season waiting times may be longer.

The pickup point is located at Alicante Airport, on FLOOR 2 (DEPARTURES), at MEETING POINT No. 2, located in front of the Starbucks café.
