Instructions
Your booked arrival time is the time the taxi will arrive to take you to the airport – the taxi to the airport takes around 5 minutes.
Park in the hotel car park and keep hold of your keys. Head to the hotel reception and give them your car reg so that you don't get charged for parking. Then wait outside the hotel reception for the taxi. The taxi is booked for the same time you booked to arrive at the hotel car park.
Make sure you've added a mobile number to your booking – you'll get a text message with more details about your taxi before you go.
If you're early or delayed, ring the taxi company on 01322 251351 at least 60 minutes beforehand to let them know.
Early or late? If you return late you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £5 per day, which is subject to change. Make sure you give us your car reg – the hotel will need this so your aren't charged extra for parking. If you return late you'll need to head to the hotel reception and give them your car reg again, or you may receive a parking fine.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 9 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Make sure you add your mobile number to your contact details so we can text you the info for your taxi transfer.
The return taxi transfer is for a maximum of four passengers.
Transfers
Taxi transfers to and from the airport are included in the price. Transfers run 24 hours a day and take approximately five minutes. For a transfer from the airport, customers should phone the hotel. Exact transfer information will be confirmed when you check in.
Directions
- Leave the M3 at junction 13.
- Turn right at the traffic lights and continue along the A335 towards Eastleigh.
- You'll see the hotel on the right.
