When you arrive, wait for the camera at the entry barrier to take a picture of your car, then drive through and pick a space. Head to reception with your booking reference, drop-off bay number and keys, then hop on the transfer bus to the terminal. The car park's team will move your car to a secured Silver Zone area while you're busy browsing Duty Free.
While you're away, your car will be stored in Silver Zone's secured car park, which is well-lit with fencing and CCTV in use. Silver Zone is also manned 24-hours-a-day, so you can relax knowing everything is in hand.
When you return, just catch the transfer bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. They run every 20 minutes around the clock and are included in the price. Collect your keys from the Silver Zone reception and they'll direct you back to your car. Then just drive to the barrier and wait for it to lift, and you're free to head home!
Until 3rd September you will be dropped back to a temporary reception building. You car will be parked as close to this as possible. Blue Badge holders will still be able to drop their car and pick it up in dedicated car park spaces next to the existing reception building.
