Port Parking - Ferry (0)

Port Parking: great customer service with a personal touch.

When you arrive at Port Parking, simply pull into a space just outside reception. You’ll be greeted by a friendly face before you’ve even turned off your engine. They’ll even help load your luggage onto the transfer bus.

The team will take care of the parking - just leave your keys with the receptionist.

All that’s left for you to do is head to the port. Hop on the transfer bus - it takes just 6 minutes. You’ll be dropped across the road from the terminal door, so there’s no walking around with heavy bags.

While you’re gone your car will be moved into their main car park, just behind reception. It’s set in an old army barracks, so rest assured that your car will be kept secured while you’re gone. Not only is there a heavy-duty security gate to enter and leave, it’s also surrounded by cliffs and has CCTV.

When you’re back, give Port Parking a call 5 minutes before you reach the port, and they’ll be waiting to collect you. They’ll even drop you right back to your car, so you can get straight on the road home.

Hints, tips and extra bits:
The car park is suitable for disabled travellers and has wider spaces that are closer to reception.

The transfers run between 07:00 and 18:00, and there are no transfers outside of these times. Outside of these times you will need to make your own way to and from the port and car park. You can only get into the car park using a gate code outside of the opening times. To get the code, you'll need to call the 24-hour number: 01304 211 718.

If you only stay for one day, you'll need to pay £5 for your transfer bus.

Please note transfers will not run on the following days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Booking confirmations can be printed or shown on your phone or device.
