Valet Parking – VIP
Our Valet Service allows you to drop off your car directly at the terminal, and upon your return, we will also deliver it back to you at the same terminal.
A convenient service for customers: you simply leave your car at the terminal and head straight to your flight. When you return, with no waiting time, we will hand your car back to you so you can go home without delays.
DEPARTURE:
When you are 30 minutes away from arriving at the airport, please call us at +34 675 257 657. Our operator will inform you in detail of the vehicle drop-off point.
At the drop-off point, our clearly identified driver will collect your vehicle. Beforehand, external photos of the vehicle and the dashboard will be taken to record both the mileage and the fuel level at the time of handover.
You will then hand over the keys and the AENA parking ticket, and you may proceed with your trip with complete peace of mind.
Drop-off Point:

Terminal 1: Please go to the DEPARTURES Terminal – PARKING EXPRESS. At the beginning of the lane, park on the right-hand side, where a clearly identified driver will collect your vehicle.

Terminal 2: In front of the Miró Mural (Terminal B), park your vehicle on the right-hand side, where a clearly identified driver will collect your car.
ARRIVAL:
Once you have collected your luggage, please call us at +34 675 257 657. We will inform you in detail of the vehicle return point and, within 10 minutes (the time it takes for us to reach the delivery point), we will return your vehicle after checking that everything is in order.
Return Point:

Terminal 1: Please go to the DEPARTURES Terminal – PARKING EXPRESS. At the beginning of the lane, a clearly identified driver will return your vehicle after a joint inspection by both the customer and the driver to confirm that everything is correct.

Terminal 2: In front of the Miró Mural (Terminal B), a clearly identified driver will return your vehicle after a joint inspection by both the customer and the driver to confirm that everything is correct.
