London Heathrow AP T4

Due to Covid 19, there is no Shuttle service between 22:00 - 07:00 am. All returns between this time frame can return using our key drop box service. Park the car in a designated SIXT Parking area in -1 and leave the parking ticket on the dashboard. If you need to go to terminals 2, you can use the Heathrow Express Service from Terminal 5 which is a free of Charge service.

After collecting your luggage, please enter the arrivals hall, turn right and proceed to the SIXT desk. Please use the phone on the SIXT arrivals desk or call +447715227955 to arrange your collection via our shuttle service. Once this has been arranged exit the arrivals hall and wait at bus stop number 2.

Return information

Please return the vehicle to the Sofitel hotel TW6 2GD. A courtesy shuttle will run from here to Terminal 4 only.

Customer Parking

There are no parking facilities available for customers. Customers are liable to pay any passenger drop off or parking fees directly to the airport or Sofitel.
