1. Please arrive at the parking lot 40 minutes prior to the time you have indicated on your reservation. Upon entry scan the barcode on your ticket.
When booking via Free2Move you won't get proper bar code to open gate. Free2Move generates only QR code which is useless, requires you to directly contact Parking Staff in order, that they can give you access code, register car license plate and your phone number. The problem is that outside of normal week working hours there's no physical staff who will pickup the phone, so you end up in the loop with AI that won't solve access problem, forcing you to make new reservation to open gate and clarify issue after. Parking itself has shuttle busses every circa 30 minutes.
