The car park is outside but secured by cameras at the entrance/exit to the car park.

Guard tours are also carried out at night.

There is no specific space allocated, you can park wherever a space is available.

The hotel has a free shuttle service: the stop is located opposite the hotel entrance. It's a black bus shelter with a NOVOTEL sign on it.
Shuttle bus information:
- Every 30 minutes on weekdays, every 20 minutes on weekends
- From 4am from May to September (included)
- From 6am from October to April (included)
- If necessary, the hotel reception is available 24 hours a day
- The journey between the hotel and Zaventem airport takes 5 minutes.

Reviews

We arriveerden bij aankomst om 6u op een zondag. We geraakten niet binnen via het telefoonnummer van de mail, noch konden we binnen via een code. Er stond ook geen bordje van free2move. We zijn telkens binnen- en buitengelaten via het hotel zelf. Dus ik zou dit nog helderder maken voor de klant.
