I Love have introduced a whole host of measures designed to make your journey as safe and contact-free as possible. All of the team have temperature checks before they start each day and social distancing is maintained at all times.
On arrival, you'll be met in the forecourt outside the terminal by your driver, who will be wearing a face covering and be keeping a safe 2m distance. Handing your keys over is completely contact-free as you leave them on your car for the driver to collect.
The main touchpoints of your car will be wiped down (including the key, door handles and steering wheel) with disinfectant by the driver before they drive your car to the secured site. When you get back these points will be wiped down again before the keys and car are returned to you.
Follow the signs to passenger drop off and meet your driver close to the terminal, a short walk to check-in.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/not more than 9 seats/not taxis) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There's no height restriction.
Your car will be stored in an open-aired secured site, which is tarmacked up to 8 miles from the airport.
All airport fees are included.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.
