• Arrive 10 minutes before the time you specified during your booking.
  Ring the bell and enter or call the parking lot on the number provided in the SMS confirmation you will receive on the day of your departure.
• Park your vehicle in one of the available spots.
  Go to the parking reception and mention that you are a TravelCar customer.
• The shuttle runs every day from 7:15 AM to 8:15 PM.
  It is mandatory to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the service cannot be guaranteed.
  To do so, we invite you to contact our partner directly using the number provided in the reservation.
