First of all, go to Barcelona El-Prat airport
- On the departure day, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the time you have indicated for your reservation,
- Ring and come in or call the parking lot on the provided phone number on your confirmation text message you will receive on the departure day,
- Park your vehicle following the agent instructions,
- Join the reception of the parking lot by and introduce you as a TravelCar customer,
- Drop your keys to the reception of the parking lot,
- The shuttle will drop you off at your departure terminal. The journey takes an average of 5 minutes.
Reminder : we advise you to arrive on the parking lot 2 hours at minimum before your flight check-in.
