1. You will receive the number of your dedicated valet by text message 1 hour before the pick-up time.
2. Call him 15 minutes before your arrival at the airport and go directly to the drop-off point where your valet is waiting for you.
3. Once your luggage has been unloaded by your valet, give him your keys. He will then check your vehicle before parking it in our private, secure parking lot.

Remember: plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hour before the end of your flight check-in.

Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory, and place your insurance and vehicle registration documents in the glove compartment.

Remember to empty your vehicle of all personal belongings not required for driving, and tell the valet any details that may be useful for driving your vehicle.

If you have an electronic toll tag that can be used in the parking lots, remember to store it in its protective pouch so that it cannot be detected.

Lastly, please ensure that your fuel level is sufficient so that we can deliver your vehicle to and from our parking lot.
