Drop Off Procedure: 

Terminal 2 : Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, “Off Airport / Meet & Greet bays”  

--> Drive up following signs to Short Stay Car Park for Terminal 2. At barrier take a ticket, go to Level 4, park in the designated Meet & Greet bay (often Row A/B) near the lifts / desk where the handover person meets you. Keys and ticket are handed over.  

Terminal 3 : Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, “Off Airport / Meet & Greet bays” (Rows A/B or similar)  

--> Similar to T2: approach via the road signs, take a ticket, follow signage to Short Stay, to Level 4, then park in the designated Meet & Greet row, hand keys to the operator; operator will take car away.  

Terminal 4 : Short Stay Car Park, often Level 2, “Off Airport / Meet & Greet bays” near the lift area.  

--> Drive in via signs for Terminal 4, follow to Short Stay Car Park, enter, possibly ramp / drive up/down to Level 2, find the Meet & Greet bays (often marked “Off Airport / Meet & Greet”), park, hand over keys, ticket.  

Terminal 5 : Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, Rows marked (e.g. R & S or similar), “Off Airport / Meet & Greet bays” after passing under height restriction barriers etc. Official meet & greet area is reached via following signs for Level 4 Meet & Greet / Short Stay & Car Rentals.  

--> Drive towards Terminal 5 via the terminal roundabout, follow signs to Short Stay Car Park, keep right lanes for Short Stay / Car Rentals / Meet & Greet, take ticket, get to Level 4, park in designated row (R / S or as operator defines), meet the handover captain with booking / ticket / keys.

Heathrow Short stay car park and drop off charges are not inclusive. The car park charge is
£7.50 payable both ways by yourself.

Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, all valuables are left at owners own risk.

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day.
