You will be asked to perform the vehicle inspection with your smartphone app.

You will be able to leave the location with the vehicle.

Some details about the car rental process

• The vehicle is provided to you with a certain level of fuel.
• The fuel tank is located on the left side of the vehicle.
• Please make sure you bring the vehicle back with the same fuel level. If this is not the case, we will charge you the difference.
• Please carry out a thorough inspection of the vehicle on departure and return.
• The vehicle is delivered clean inside and out. It must be returned in the same condition, in case of non-compliance with this rule, a cleaning fee may be charged.

You must bring the following documents:

• Your credit card used for the deposit (must be in the driver's name),
• A valid ID for each driver of the vehicle,
• A valid driver's license for each driver of the vehicle (in case your license is in a foreign language, an official translation must be provided),

ATTENTION: Without these items, our agents will not deliver the vehicle to you.
