Park and Fly Köln (718)

1. Please call the car park 30 minutes before arrival and mention that you are a TravelCar customer.
2. The booked time is BINDING, which means that the customer has to pay a fee of 10 € in case of delay without prior notification. In extreme cases, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
3. Drive into the parking lot and park your vehicle as instructed by the car park operator.

   Key collection is IMPERATIVE, EXCEPTION is ONLY at the discretion of the car park staff. The conditions for this determine the staff at the parking lot.

4. The shuttle bus is then ready for you to board.

5. The transfer to the airport by shuttle bus includes MAXIMUM 4 BOOKED persons. For each additional person booked BEFORE we charge a fee of 6 €. The number of guests for arrival and pick-up must also be stated at the time of booking.

6. The shuttle bus will take you comfortably and stress-free to your departure terminal.
   If the customer takes along a lot of luggage, so that the cargo space no longer offers space for the luggage of another customer, we charge a fee of 10 €, as this is considered a special trip.

7. The transfer to the airport will be charged with € 5 payable locally.

8. The route takes only 10 minutes on average
