1. Go to the dealership at the address indicated above.

2. Once there, contact a Rent advisor.

3. The agent will verify your identity.

4. You will be asked to perform the vehicle inspection using your smartphone app.

5. You may then leave the premises with the vehicle.

Details about the car rental process:

• The vehicle is provided with a certain fuel level.

• The fuel tank is located on the left side of the vehicle.

• Please ensure you return the vehicle with the same fuel level. If not, you will be charged the difference.

• Please perform a rigorous inspection of the vehicle at both pick-up and return.

• The vehicle is delivered clean inside and out. It must be returned in the same condition; otherwise, a cleaning fee may apply.

You must bring the following documents:

• The credit card used for the deposit (must be in the driver's name).

• A valid ID for each driver of the vehicle.

• A valid driver's license for each driver (if your license is in a foreign language, an official translation must be presented).

ATTENTION: Without these items, our agents will not be able to hand over the vehicle.
