The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, which serves the Greater metropolitan area is a public airport that’s situated in Hebron, Kentucky, 13 miles south of downtown. It is often referred to as the Greater Cincinnati Airport. The IATA code- CVG- refers not to Hebron, where it is located, but to Covington- a major city near the Kentucky airport. Regarded as the fastest-growing cargo airport, CVG also has the distinction of being the fastest-growing major airport in the country. As of now, it provides non-stop connections to 47 cities and operates 175 daily flights in conjunction with its seven airline partners. SkyTrack, a transport research organization has rated CVG as the ‘Best Regional Airport’ in North America, for three consecutive years. CVG offers many parking options- the Cincinnati Fast Park facility is a recent addition and is just minutes from the airport. Airports have a rising percentage of frustrated customers that are unable to park their vehicles on reaching the airport as demand for parking spaces outnumbers availability.
