The shuttle will drop you at your departure terminal. It takes 4 minutes on average to get to the terminals.
Upon your return
After you've retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please give us a call using the number from the text message you received.
Our customer service agent will inform you where to meet at the shuttle.
If your flight is delayed or has a late arrival time, please inform us via email or phone as soon as possible.
Getting to LAX was great but the Lyft driver picking me up took 50 minutes to get in to pick us up. Lots of traffic but it should not have taken 50 minutes.
Love the service though!
You drop your cat off on front and they park it. They use lyft for pickup and drop off. Seems weird, but it's really nice. You don't share with anyone and there is always a transport vehicle nearby within only a few minutes, not twenty. Upon arrival, or car was right in front waiting for us. We will definitely use Travelcar again.
Calling the toll free number is a big pain. It didn't work how it was supposed to and there were long hold times. It would ask me before I even got to speak to anybody to take a survey and then it would hang up on me several times. Also, Everything else went seamlessly until the pick up after our vacation at LA X. It took a long time and 2 drivers got lost and then abandoned us before a 3rd one showed up to pick us up
