Drive to the 9500 River Street, Schiller Park, Illinois 60176
You will see three garage doors. Enter through the first garage door that says “Enter” and pull up the stop sign.
A River Street Valet will approach your vehicle and help check you in. You will need to provide the valet your printed reservation. You can show them your receipt email on your phone, or a printed copy.
You will receive an electronic claim ticket via text message as well as a traditional paper claim check. The electronic ticket will be used to request a pick up at the end of your trip.
After the check in is complete, you can then gather your luggage from your vehicle and make your way to the Shuttle.
The shuttle will drop you off at your appropriate terminal
Upon your return
When you return to O'hare, please head to baggage claim to gather your luggage. Once your luggage is claimed, you will need to click the link in the text message sent to you via River Street to request a shuttle pick up.
After you click the link, select “Request my Vehicle”. You will be prompted to select how many passengers need a shuttle ride, and whether your flight was domestic or not.
You can then head to the designated pick up locations
Domestic pick up (terminal 1-3) will be at the O’hare Bus and Shuttle Center located across from the O’hare Hilton. River Street Parking’s shuttle will pick you up between doors 2+3. Crosswalks to the bus and shuttle center are located at vestibule 1F and vestibule 3A.
International Terminal Pick ups (terminal 5) will be on the ground floor at vestibule 5E.
Once you locate the shuttle, you will show the driver your E-Claim or your paper ticket.
Once you arrive at River Street, please check out at the check out desk to receive your keys.
