Your rental will be provided by our Carsharing service.
- Once your payment has been made, you will receive an email with a credit (in €) equivalent to the total amount of your reservation.
- This credit will be valid for the reservation of your self-service vehicle on the day of your departure.
- To use your credit, a user account on the application will be required.
- The price of your rentals is automatically debited according to your prepaid credit balance.
How do I proceed to book my Carsharing rental?
Selection and reservation of the vehicle (the reservation of the vehicle is made maximum 15 minutes before the departure):
- To find out which vehicles are available for car-sharing in your area, go to our application, car-sharing section.
- Your credit will be automatically available on your account.
- Select the vehicle closest to you from the "Carsharing" section.
- Reserve the vehicle (1,50€ will be asked to unlock the vehicle)
Attention: The remaining amount of your credit will be visible only at the end of your first reservation.
How do I access my vehicle on the day of departure?
- To start your rental, open the doors of the vehicle using the app and complete the departure inventory. Walk around the vehicle and check that all damage is listed.
- Once the inventory is complete, validate it and you're on your way!
- During your rental, the application is used to open and close the vehicle doors.
