To ensure maximum punctuality and safety, we ask you to arrive at the port/dockl at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure. You call the HOTLINE 60 minutes before your scheduled arrival at the port. You drive directly to the Frankfurt port. Vehicle acceptance: Our employee will wait for you at the dock. A short external vehicle check will follow, note down the mileage and hand over the keys. Your vehicle will be brought safely to the open parking deck. If payment via PayPal, credit card or direct debit has not been made, our staff will make the payment on site in cash/EC card/credit card/PayPal
