Arrival:

• Call the parking lot on the number provided in the e-mail 30 minutes before your arrival.
• The valet will give you a meeting point at your arrival terminal and will be there about 30 minutes later on average.
• If your train is due to arrive late in the evening, please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late, by phone or email.
• When the valet arrives, the agent will check your identity.
• The departure inventory of fixtures will be carried out in your company using the Free2move application.
• You can then leave with the vehicle.

Some details about your rental:

The vehicle is provided with a certain level of fuel, please return it with the same amount. If not, you will be charged for the difference.
Please return the vehicle in the same clean condition as when you received it.
Failure to follow this rule will result in cleaning fees of €48 (level 1) or €96 (level 2).
A deposit must be authorized before the rental; it cannot be done on-site. Without a deposit, the rental will not be possible.

You will need to present the following documents:

• An ID for each driver of the vehicle,

• A valid driving license for each driver (if the license is in a foreign language, please also present an official translation),

• Your debit or credit card used for the deposit (must be in the name of the driver),

• For British licenses only, a "verification code" from the DVLA to allow the rental agent to verify the driving license.

WARNING: Without presenting these items, our agents will not provide the vehicle.

IMPORTANT: If your documentation is not uploaded in our system, your reservation may be canceled. Furthermore, if we are unable to validate the deposit 24 hours before your reservation starts, it may also be canceled.
