- Please call your valet 20 min prior to your arrival at the number provided in the text message and drive straight to your departure terminal and park in the long stay car park.
- Please drive straight to the long stay car park at the airport. Please ignore ALL other meet and greet service signage as this is not relevant to Platinum Parking.
- A vehicle inspection and a document check will be performed. You must leave your keys with the valet.
- After inspection, your valet will drive your vehicle to the secure car park.
Reminder: We advise you to arrive at the airport at least an hour before your flight check-in.
