This time my odometer was untouched (it was reset last time) but when I arrived at the lot at 10:00pm the attendant was sleeping in a car, it took him a while to wake up, and he acted as if he had been drinking, not able to properly speak and telling me to go and find my own vehicle. Engine check and low tire pressure gages where showing on the shuttle van’s dashboard.
Very difficult to understand heavily accented English, particularly over cell phone. Shuttle drivers excellent, office staff, not so much.

Parking staff locked our keys in the car, luckily we thought ahead enough to bring the spares. Also the shuttle is not 24 hours, we saw driver refuse to transport a couple to their gate because it was after 10pm and “I’m not paid overtime”
The guy that picked us up was hard to understand on the phone, rude and no markings on the van to know where and when the person was picking us up. The other staff was friendly kind and took great care of my car. Will definitely use them again in future but take taxis or Uber to airport
Waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport. Called numerous times and was told 20mins, then another 20, then 10. When the driver arrived he told me he was waiting in departures instead of arrivals, which was a lie as well because I had gone there while on the phone with them to check. The money saved by using them vs jfk long term was not worth it.
The only problem was you consider a Honda CRV as a full size SUV and had to pay extra when we got there- Ferries, parking garages, and other lots do not do this. But the staff and the transfer were great and timely.
Parking lot looks like trash, dark security nowhere to be seen, anyone can just walk in and do as they please. Wont park there no more...oh and won't refer anyone either sorry
The lot has inadequate lighting took almost 20 minutes to find my car need a better system to organize the cars but overall it was a good experence
