The only negative we saw was the trash built up around and on the property. The positive was our trunk didn’t have a scratch after two weeks of parking in their lot.
The staff were a bit rude but got me to and from my car with little issue. Honestly I can't complain too much since my car was fine but the experience was sketch.
Worst experience ever, booked a month in advance and turned away when I showed up, it cost me more since I was a little late for my flight, I had to pay more for parking somewhere else then had to figure out how to get to my terminal.

Very very disappointed, they left my car key inside and my car completely flat and it needed to get boost Knowing my car is new Luckyly that night i don't stop for a gas or I'll be i the gas station in the middle of the night in cold as my car don't start. I bring my car to the car service and they says that the battery drained due to negligency 2. Got to find my own car in the parking lot and walk in cold and look the entire parking and find my car in cold and middle of the midnight night I am even 2 days extra pay Disorganized
Parking staff was in efficient. When we arrived it took them awhile to process document. Parking attendance were taking care of their issues and just sent me away. On the way beck we could not reach them for transfer shuttle. We spent 1 hour calling them non stop at the end had to take taxi and pay$20. Parking attendant told that he did not receive any phone calls, but his phone showed numerous missed calls from us. He had numerous excuses why he did not pick up call and did not call back. Very disappointed with services. When we talked to taxi drivers, they confirmed that it is usual situation with this parking lot and recommended to take yellow cab to reach parking lot.
All went good this time, car wasn’t moved but the shuttle took 35 minutes to arrive
This time my odometer was untouched (it was reset last time) but when I arrived at the lot at 10:00pm the attendant was sleeping in a car, it took him a while to wake up, and he acted as if he had been drinking, not able to properly speak and telling me to go and find my own vehicle. Engine check and low tire pressure gages where showing on the shuttle van’s dashboard.
Very difficult to understand heavily accented English, particularly over cell phone. Shuttle drivers excellent, office staff, not so much.
