Using this parking lot for this trip was more pleasant than previous trips. The fact that they are using a new lot for overflow is a step in the positive direction. However, this lot need to move into the digital age instead of using paper. I believe than moving to the digital age will prevent delays and make the customer experience more pleasant. Filling out form when arrive at the parking lot it not something I want to do
Was a bit tricky to find when dropping off the car (not easily marked,) but pickup was efficient, shuttle drivers were courteous.
The drop off night it was a disaster. One attendee was parking the car( the lot was full ) and drove the passengers to the airport. We had to wait an hour to complete the process since he was only to take few people in the van
